Product arrived in perfect state, in original package. But with a simple defect, the included VESA bracket does fit a VESA mount, but DOES NOT fit the computer it self. The computer box has two holes which are 7cm (70mm) apart. The bracket/support has pins that are 8cm (80mm) apart. Other than that the computer is working fine. Win10 is included. The hardware seems to match the description. The BIOS seems like a very low level version with all sort of possible tweaks available. A gift HDMI cable in included, as is included the external power adapter. I have tried to contact the seller about the wrong bracket/support but got no replies. So the product is ok, but the support is nonexistent.
